Application Forms

At the bottom of this page you will find different application forms:

1. for individual certification
2. for a single workshop or training module.
There is only one application for individual certification, regardless of individual studies or comprehensive program.

If you enrolled in an ISST-Approved Certification Curriculum, the training director(s) guarantee that the content required by ISST guidelines is completely covered by their curriculum.

If you choose to apply by "individual studies" you are responsible for checking the guidelines and insuring that your application contains the complete content as required by the ISST guidelines.

To ease the burden of understanding, the guidelines' content is ordered by numbers.
These numbers should appear on each corresponding single workshop certificate.
