Problems logging on?

Read this post if you have problems logging on to the www.isst-online.com web site.

This morning we had to install a security update in order to prevent unauthorized access to the www.isst-online.com web server.

The security update changed the way sessions are handled.

In rare cases this can have a side affect: Users previously logged on to the www.isst-online.com web server are unable to log on.

Symptoms: You provide the site with user name and password and do a log on. You get no error message. However you are not logged in (no personal menu, no access to protected pages).

Cause: Session information kept with your browser is incompatible to the updated session handling.

Solution: Clear your browsers cache and stored cookies and restart your browser.
